About Me

I’m Whitney and I live in southwest Virginia (zone 7b). I enjoy the challenge of growing food with as little intervention as possible and working with the environment instead of against it. I love tending my own little ecosystem right in my backyard and continuing to learn more about native plants and building wildlife habitat.

My husband and I have day jobs in tech fields, so we like to bring technology to the garden, whether it be seed databases or automated watering.
